Shipping Policy
Where We Ship We currently deliver to addresses within Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or internationally at this time.
Processing Times All of our products are custom printed to order. Please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be produced before dispatch. You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard delivery: 2–3 working days
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.
Delivery Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders.
Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. ICS Print is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.
